Accounts (Receivable) Assistant (9-month FTC)

Based in Grafton near the train station. Set hours, 8:30am – 5:00pm, role works 5 days in the office.

About the Role:

As an Accounts Receivable Assistant, you'll manage invoicing, receipting of rental payments, and finalising tenant accounts. You'll support through a period of system upgrades and handle a high volume of transactions with attention to detail. There may be some AP duties, so experience with both is a bonus.

The system and processes are very manual, so such experience is needed.

High-trust management, you will be reliable and self-motivated. You will be comfortable taking initiative and be quick to learn.

About You:

• 2+ years experience in Accounts Receivable (AR not Credit Control), preferably with Greentree or similar software
• Accounts Payable experience advantageous
• Strong data entry and Excel skills with attention to detail
 • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work within deadlines
 • Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
 • Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
