Security Consutant

Responsibilities:

As a Security Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of security strategies and solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
 

  • Development of technology strategy and plans, including Information Security Strategic Plans (ISSPs).
  • Providing relationship management services to facilitate engagement across customers, assessing needs, measuring value provided, and developing effective ways of working together.
  • Offering consulting, architecture, and design services in the development of security solutions and infrastructure architecture.
  • Managing projects and providing business analysis resources to support the delivery of solutions.
  • Establishing a comprehensive service management model for solutions, including service desk, desktop and logistics support, infrastructure and application support teams, and trainers.
  • Managing procurement, contract administration, supplier management, and conducting commercial analysis to support project requirements.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing technology strategies and plans, particularly in the realm of security.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Expertise in consulting, architecture, and design services related to security solutions and infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and business analysis techniques.
  • Knowledge of service management principles and experience in establishing service desk and support structures.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, contract administration, and supplier management.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are a plus.
