About the Company:


Our client is a well-established, NZ company with branches across the country, specialising in commercial vehicle, trailer, and car hire. Their sales and service team plays a vital role in helping customers with their rental needs and ensuring they have an excellent experience.


About the Role:

As a Sales and Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers. Your job is to ensure customers have everything they need for a seamless experience!

  • Manage customer enquiries via inbound calls, emails and live chat
  • Assist customers with quotes and convert them into sales
  • Follow up on expressions of interest from the website via outbound sales calls
  • Manage and amend existing bookings
  • Take payments and process refunds
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and advice

Other Details:
  • Full-time (37.5 hours per week), permanent role
  • Rotating roster – Monday to Sunday, 7am–7pm (you’ll work one weekend day per week)
  • Starting salary is $27 per hour which will raise to $28 per hour after you complete your 3 month training period

About You:
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience, ideally within a contact centre environment or in a sales role
  • Experience working towards sales KPIs and metrics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A customer-focused approach – we want people who genuinely enjoy helping customers
  • Experience working in a busy, fast-paced role
  • A proven track record of tenure and commitment in your past roles
