About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Sales Support Analyst to join the team. This role plays a critical function in managing and implementing forecasting software solution across the national sales team, ensuring seamless integration with operational planning. Acting as the key liaison between Sales and Operations Planning, you will ensure sales data accuracy, optimise forecasting processes, and support strategic decision-making across departments.


About You:

You will probably have a bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, or a related field but experience counts too. If you have a couple of years’ experience in sale support, sales operations, or demand planning, then that would be a real advantage. You’ll also have experience with forecasting software and budgeting with strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. You will have excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills too with a solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
