Customer Success Partner (Digital Account Manager)

About the Company:

We’re working with a well-established digital agency in central Ponsonby that’s looking for a Customer Success Partner (Digital Account Manager) to join their collaborative, high-performing team. This is a great opportunity to own your client relationships, work with local and international brands, and gain exposure to the HubSpot ecosystem and marketing automation tools.

You’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, delivering CRM and digital marketing projects (primarily on HubSpot), and helping businesses make the most of their platforms and processes. You’ll be supported by a team of experts and enjoy working in a modern office environment with plenty of opportunities to grow your digital skillset.

You don’t need to be a HubSpot expert from day one – experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus. More importantly, we’re looking for someone proactive, organised, and confident working across multiple projects and stakeholders.


Please note: This is a full-time, office-based role, and you’ll need to be available to work on-site five days a week.


About the Role:
 

  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients as their main point of contact.
  • Plan and deliver marketing, CRM, and customer experience projects using HubSpot.
  • Write proposals, run campaigns, and make sure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stay updated on HubSpot tools so you can support clients with the best advice.
  • Track results, share updates with clients, and find ways to improve or grow their accounts.
  • Help meet agency targets by managing invoicing and spotting new opportunities.

About You:
  • Experience working in account management or client service
  • Strong CRM knowledge is essential – ideally with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Agency background is helpful but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
