About the Company:


Our client is looking for a dedicated Business Process Analyst to join their Project People team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in mapping out and refining our business processes, ensuring we operate as efficiently as possible


About the Role:


Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Process Mapping: Collaborate closely with our existing Business Process Analyst to document the phase one business processes in Visio. Your skills will help visualize and streamline our current workflows.
  • Gathering Insights: You’ll facilitate discussions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from various departments. This means listening carefully to their input and leveraging their expertise to draft initial business processes that truly meet our organizational needs.
  • Conducting Workshops: Prepare for and lead review workshops with our cross-organisations Group HR leads and SMEs. Your goal? To foster an environment where everyone can contribute and to finalize business processes that reflect our collaborative spirit.
  • Documentation: After gathering insights, you'll update and publish the final drafts of business processes, ensuring they are accessible and clear to all team members.
  • Continuing Improvements: This role also involves supporting additional projects and process enhancement efforts, so your innovative ideas and proactive mindset are highly encouraged.

About You:


What You Bring to the Table:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field is important to help you succeed in this analytical role.
  • Experience working as a Business Process Analyst, specifically focusing on organizational design, means you’re familiar with best practices in process optimization.
  • Proficiency in Visio or similar tools, allowing you to create clear process maps.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills that enable you to engage effectively with diverse teams.
  • A team-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
