About the Role:

Reporting to the Country Manager, this is a broad and hands-on CFO role leading finance, operations and procurement. As part of the NZ leadership team, you’ll drive performance across multiple revenue streams, oversee full finance delivery (including tax, risk, and analytics), and partner closely with operations to support project costing and commercial decision-making. With a tier-1 ERP and plenty of scope to automate and streamline, this is a high-impact role requiring both strategic oversight and day-to-day leadership. The business runs lean, so effective leadership and strong stakeholder engagement are critical to success.

About You:

You’ll be a professionally qualified accountant with senior leadership experience across finance and operations. You’re confident with the detail, commercially sharp, and bring a practical understanding of job costing and project accounting. You know how to lead through change, create momentum, and are energised by the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a business that values pace, ownership, and accountability. Your ability to influence and inspire will be essential to driving performance in a complex, high-expectation environment.
