This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Key Account Executive or early-career Account Manager who’s ready to own a major customer relationship in a business that values pace, creativity, and doing the right thing.
About the Role:
- Be the key point of contact for Woolworths NZ, managing the end-to-end customer relationship.
- Present compelling category reviews, NPD proposals, and sales updates that drive growth.
- Lead accurate sales forecasting and manage promotional activity to deliver results.
- Leverage Circana data and financial insights to drive performance and category opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams and support the Head of Sales in strategic negotiations.
- Mentor and develop a Key Account Assistant, supporting their career growth.
About You:
- Strong analytical skills – you're confident working with financials and Circana data to tell a story.
- Clear and articulate communication – you can hold the room in a customer presentation.
- Solid commercial and organisational acumen – detail matters, and you’ve got structure.
- A collaborative mindset with resilience, energy, and positivity.
- Experience in FMCG account management – ideally around 2 years, but you might be a superstar Key Account Executive ready for a step up.
