About the Role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers – providing support over phone, email, and live chat across brands. Whether it’s answering enquiries, managing complaints, or liaising with technical experts, you’ll ensure customers receive timely, accurate and empathetic assistance from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling around inbound calls daily, with some outbound follow-ups
- Managing customer service inboxes and online enquiries
- Escalating issues internally, but always remaining the customer’s key point of contact
- Recording accurate notes and ensuring CRM data integrity
- Supporting the wider CX team with campaigns, lead generation and admin tasks
- Building strong relationships with dealerships, technical teams, and aftersales
About You:
- Proven experience in customer service or retail (complaint is handling a plus)
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication
- Resilient under pressure and able to manage challenging conversations.
- Tech-savvy and confident when learning new systems
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player
