About the Role:
- Provide hands-on configuration and support for SAP finance modules, particularly FICO, FICA/PSCD, or ISU (preferred for those with experience in the utilities sector).
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design and implement finance system solutions that align with operational needs.
- Deliver high-quality support across finance processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, coordinate changes, and ensure ongoing system stability and performance.
- Contribute to improvements and enhancements in finance systems as part of broader transformation or BAU projects.
- Play a critical role supporting a leading organization through a period of transformation.
- Be part of a collaborative and knowledge-rich team.

About You:
- Proven experience in a finance systems support role, ideally within a complex, regulated industry (utilities experience highly desirable).
- Strong understanding of finance business processes and how they map to SAP modules.
- Demonstrated ability to configure SAP FICO and/or FICA/PSCD/ISU modules.
- Capable of translating business requirements into functional solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
