We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Head of People and Culture to join our team and contribute to our continued success and growth.


About the Role:

The Head of People and Culture (P&C) is a pivotal role within Farrah’s, where you will be responsible for providing strategic P&C services that align with, and support the achievement of our strategic direction. This position will play a crucial role in imbedding P&C frameworks and continuous improvement, as Farrah’s transitions to a more structured, process-driven environment to enable future growth and scalability. You will have the opportunity to enhance the overall people and culture experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of key functions that contribute to the overall effectiveness of the P&C team. Your tasks will include:
 

  • Advising the management team on all P&C matters, contributing to the strategic direction of Farrah’s.
  • Coaching managers and team leaders on effective people management practices, including performance management and ER processes.
  • Facilitating, reviewing and enhancing recruitment, induction and wider people practices, to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our organisation.
  • Implementing a comprehensive P&C framework, which includes preparing position descriptions, managing onboarding processes, and conducting exit interviews to identify trends.
  • Overhauling existing policies and procedures within the P&C space to ensure they are current and compliant with employment legislation.
  • Managing payroll processes and ensuring adequate coverage within the P&C team.
  • Promoting and living Farrah’s values through effective communication and engagement initiatives.

About you:

To be successful in this position, you will bring:
 
  • Extensive generalist P&C experience in an operational environment (with FMCG experience being desirable).
  • Strong relationship building skills, with a positive and engaging approach.
  • A proactive mindset with integrity and a focus on business improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.
  • The ability to immerse yourself within the culture of a business, and appropriately challenge current thinking, to achieve positive progression.
