We’re looking for a Lead to guide a team of 15 cloud OR Site Reliability Engieers (Observability) journey of learning, growth, and impact. You’ll be at the heart of a collaborative environment where people feel safe to experiment, challenge ideas, and grow into the best versions of themselves - while delivering and operating secure, cloud-first systems that matter.

Your Role:
- Grow the Team, Grow the People
- You’ll create the space, guidance, and support for engineers to stretch themselves — technically and professionally. You'll coach through complexity, encourage experimentation, and help individuals map out meaningful career paths.
- Set the Standard for Engineering Excellence
- While your people are your priority, you'll remain close to the craft - shaping technical guardrails, driving best practices, and mentoring engineers through real-world challenges across cloud, DevOps, and SRE.
- Build Scalable, Secure Platforms
- Your team will own the delivery and reliability of infrastructure and platforms that are critical to business success. You’ll bring a modern cloud mindset to infrastructure, automation, observability, and performance.
What You’ll Bring:
- A proven ability to elevate people to helping engineers build confidence, capability, and clarity in their careers
- Strong foundations in cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred; AWS experience welcome) and DevOps practices
- A deep belief in coaching, knowledge sharing, and creating a safe environment to test, learn, and improve
- Experience leading technical teams within complex, compliance-focused environments (banking or payments a bonus)
- A love of simplifying complexity and unlocking growth - for platforms, people, and ways of working
