About the Role:
As a Digital Performance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital success through expert-level SEO and analytics. Your strategic vision will guide the optimisation of digital channels, ensuring that our clients’ online presence is not only strong but also continually improving. You will work closely with various stakeholders to turn insights into impactful strategies, making sure that our approach is data-driven and aligned with the latest trends, particularly in light of advancements such as Google’s AI implementations.
In this position, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that are crucial for maximising digital performance. These include:
Setting up rigorous performance tracking mechanisms that will identify key areas for improvement, enabling product owners, UX/UI designers, and content creators to make informed decisions.
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their specific objectives, while ensuring that the success of improvements is tracked and measured effectively.
Using insights from digital channels and your SEO expertise to enhance search engine rankings and overall visibility.
Generating and distributing regular management reports and dashboards to communicate channel performance.
Running experiments to validate hypotheses, aiming to discover the best solutions to enhance customer experience.
Staying ahead of industry trends and developments, particularly around new features from platforms like Siteimprove, and engaging with developers on tracking and tagging protocols.
About You:
The ideal candidate will bring expert-level knowledge and experience in SEO and analytics, with a keen eye for strategic thinking. Key requirements include:
Strong understanding of performance tracking tools such as GA4 and GTM.
A robust SEO background with the ability to optimise not just front-end components but also provide recommendations on back-end coding to developers for enhancements.
Experience in setting up and managing A/B testing will be highly regarded.
An analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across various levels.
