Sales Support Administrator

About the Role:
This is a 3-month temporary role, starting ASAP and based onsite in their Mt Wellington office.
 

  • Process and raise invoices
  • Coordinate dispatch and delivery of products
  • Issue purchase orders and manage sales related documentation
  • Ensure compliance with inbound logistics and shipping requirements
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and service providers
  • Support the Sales Administration Team with administrative tasks and reporting
  • Prepare custom reports and maintain accurate sales-related document

About You:
  • Previous experience in sales support roles
  • Confident using Microsoft Office tools and open to learning new systems
  • Skilled at juggling multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Brings a positive, can-do attitude
  • Clear and confident communicator
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy month-end periods
