About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Fleet Sales, this role is a key part of the Ford NZ sales team, focused on managing driving large fleet sales performance and major lease partners relationships
- Lead sales growth in the large fleet and leasing channel, aligned with company targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key lease companies through regular engagement and updates
- Work closely with Dealerships to develop tailored sales and marketing plans that respond to market trends and local challenges
- Drive small fleet initiatives and support business development across the national dealer network
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insight into volumes, client activity, and incentive programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction initiatives and fleet upgrade processes
- Represent the brand at key events, launches, and dealer activities
About You:
You’ll bring proven experience in automotive sales, ideally with exposure to fleet or leasing environments, and a strong understanding of how to manage and grow key accounts.
- 5–7 years’ experience in a similar sales or account management role
- Solid background in the automotive industry; knowledge of vehicle leasing is highly desirable
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance company and dealer priorities
- Confident communicator with strong relationship management, EQ, collaborative with strong influencing skills
- Skilled in analysing sales data and developing strategies based on insights
- Comfortable working cross-functionally to support sales, CX, and marketing objectives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, and reporting tools
- Positive, results-driven and motivated by building long-term customer and partner relationships
