About the role:
You’ll be helping customers across phone, email and webchat, answering general enquiries about the company’s products and services. It’s a 50/50 split between calls and digital channels, with the chance to level up to responding to customers on social media platforms once you're trained up. You’ll also collaborate with other teams on various other projects. It’s varied, people-focused, and a great role for someone who is dynamic and eager to learn.
