About the Role:
As a Salesforce Senior Technical Consultant, you will be instrumental in transforming client business processes through the implementation of cutting-edge Salesforce solutions. Your technical proficiency and consulting skills will help shape the technological landscape, ensuring high-quality results that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver successful Salesforce projects by ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, manage expectations, and proactively resolve concerns.
- Provide technical and design guidance for complex solutions, fostering innovative implementations.
- Conduct regular code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and documentation.

What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Platform Developer or Certified Technical Architect are highly valued.
- Proven experience in Salesforce consulting with a strong technical background.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies.
- Excellent client engagement capabilities and a commitment to delivering top-tier software solutions.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in Salesforce architecture, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Strong analytical skills for client needs assessment and system analysis.
