About the Role:

Join a dynamic data function where your analytical expertise will drive actionable insights that enhance customer experiences and optimize performance marketing strategies. If you're passionate about data storytelling and have experience working with marketing teams then this could be a good fit.

You will collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team, ensuring alignment on KPIs and strategic goals. Your insights will contribute to customer retention and satisfaction. Having experience working with marketing teams is preferred as you will need to understand customer churn models and ARPU optimization.

The role is based in Auckland and is a short-term position until the end of November to cover parental leave.


About You:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical audiences – data storytelling.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data modelling, and visualization, preferably with a marketing or business focus.
  • Strong in SQL, Python or similar tools for statistical analysis.
  • Strong ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Preferably, experience with customer segmentation and customer churn modelling.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and CRM/CDP platforms.
  • A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of personal accountability and commercial acumen.
  • Added bonus if you have experience with Snowflake & Power BI.
