About the Role:
- Own end-to-end TTL marketing campaigns across a number of venues
- Drive foot traffic, revenue, and guest engagement through creative and tactical promotions
- Collaborate with media, digital, SEO and creative agencies
- Manage pricing, promotional calendars, and digital content strategy
- Be the key marketing contact across operations, F&B, and guest experience
- Track performance, optimise spend, and lead campaign wrap-ups
- Manage social media planning, content creation, and influencer partnerships
About You:
- 5+ years' experience in brand or marketing roles, ideally in retail, FMCG or hospitality
- Confident leading campaigns independently from concept to execution
- Commercially sharp with a deep understanding of data, budgets, revenue drivers
- Comfortable juggling a fast pace and large workload
- Skilled at stakeholder management and agency collaboration
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
- A strong communicator with a natural eye for brand and design
