About the Role:

Now it is time for this business to take another step in their Digital transformation. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, applying standard project management methodologies to ensure successful project delivery while overseeing the adoption of DevOps practices and managing software development initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating the complexities of digital transformation, making a significant impact on both B2B and B2C platforms.


About You:

You will need to bring amazing communication skills into this role and be able to be adaptable to your stakeholders needs. Experience as a project manager in a fast paced environment will be important as will strong communication skills. This role will not be overly structured however it will need someone with the ability to implement rigor and structure to a degree. Your background will need to show the above and also have a history of delivery.


Key Skills and Experience:

- Relevant Project Management qualifications  
- Minimum of five years’ experience in project management  
- Proven experience in digital transformation and change management  
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Scrum  
- Ability to manage project scopes, timelines, costs, and quality effectively  
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships  
- Proficiency in managing software development projects and backlog items  
- Experience with MS Azure Boards and automation of tasks within the pipeline  

Nice to Have Skills: 

- Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices  
- Experience in managing commercial events and marketing activities  
- Knowledge of risk management techniques in project delivery  

Other Requirements:
  
- Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders  
- Willingness to travel as needed for project execution  
- Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards in all projects
