About the role:
We are seeking a BI Developer who can bring intelligent thinking and technical expertise to the way we build, automate, and manage business systems. From designing innovative applications in PowerApps to streamlining processes with Power Automate and managing backend databases, you will play a key role in helping the business operate more efficiently and effectively. This position is ideal for someone who loves transforming ideas into practical solutions and possesses the necessary experience with the Power Platform.
What you'll be doing:
- Building custom PowerApps to digitise and simplify internal processes
- Creating automated workflows with Power Automate to reduce manual effort
- Managing and optimising databases using Transact-SQL
- Collaborating with stakeholders to scope, test, and deploy new solutions
- Leading user acceptance testing (UAT) and refining tools based on user feedback
- Documenting workflows, processes, and data flows for future reference
- Supporting data governance, quality, and reporting functions across the organisation
- Taking ownership of Power Platform tools throughout their lifecycle
About you:
You’re a natural problem solver with a builder’s mindset. Whether designing a workflow, debugging a SQL query, or guiding a team through UAT, you enjoy delivering smart solutions that are actively used. You take initiative, thrive in collaborative environments, and understand the importance of good documentation.
What you'll bring:
- Solid experience with Power Platform, particularly PowerApps and Power Automate
- Strong SQL and database management skills (Transact-SQL preferred)
- Understanding of business processes and how to automate them
- Experience with user acceptance testing and implementing new technologies
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
