About the Role:

Reporting to the Senior Shopper Marketing Manager, you’ll contribute to the strategy, execution and evaluation of shopper marketing campaigns across key NZ channels, including grocery, retail and on-premise.

This highly cross-functional role sees you working closely with internal teams – sales, brand, digital – as well as managing external agency partnerships.

From multi-channel activations and in-store touchpoints to POS, trade tools and sponsorships, you’ll be at the forefront of how the brands come to life where purchase decisions are made.

You’ll contribute to annual planning, campaign delivery, ROI measurement and trade marketing support.

You'll also work on POS creation, support event execution, and ensure all promotional activity is insight-driven and delivers real business impact.


About You:

You’re an experienced shopper marketer with a deep understanding of the FMCG landscape – ideally with some exposure to wine or liquor.

You know what drives shopper behaviour and have a track record of delivering effective, commercially sound campaigns.

Analytical yet creative, you're comfortable balancing brand-building with ROI.
You’re confident managing budgets, influencing stakeholders and collaborating across functions.

Proactive, organised and resilient, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to help a challenger wine brand stand out in a competitive retail space.
