About the Role:

This contract role is likely to be 6-9 months in duration and will see you leading a broad finance team that covers financial control and business performance for a well-known organisation.

There is a real opportunity here to lift the hood, review processes, systems and structures and make recommendations to drive efficiency and create a centre of finance excellence.

With a talented team both within finance and the wider organisation, there is a real opportunity for you to add value with your change management experience, continuous improvement mindset and leadership skills.


About You:

This role is going to suit an experienced Finance Leader with proven experience in change management and finance transformation.  You will be CA / CPA qualified and have broad skills covering all aspects of financial control, governance and business partnering.

With strengths in systems and a proven ability to mentor and develop people we are looking for a strong allrounder who can influence and take the team on a journey.
