In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to drive impactful analytics solutions that enhance decision-making across the enterprise.
About the Role:
- Advanced Analytics Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable analytics solutions using Power BI, Fabric, and other leading BI platforms.
- Data Modeling Proficiency: Apply your knowledge of dimensional and semantic data modeling to improve data warehousing practices, particularly in cloud environments like Azure and Snowflake.
- Cloud Data Warehousing: Utilize your understanding of cloud-based data warehouses to enhance data ingestion, transformation, and optimization processes.
- End-to-End Reporting Solutions: Elicit requirements from stakeholders to build intuitive, interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights.
- Data Integration & ETL: Simplify complex data integration processes using tools like Azure Data Factory and dbt, ensuring customer needs are met.
- Governance & Security Awareness: Uphold data governance principles and compliance practices within the analytics environment to safeguard sensitive information.
- Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed on data privacy regulations such as GDPR and PII, and their implications on technology and governance decisions.
- Tool & Vendor Knowledge: Leverage familiarity with tools including Power BI Premium/Fabric and Snowflake to drive improvements in analytics performance.
- Prioritizing Data Demands: Navigate conflicts among customer requests for reporting changes, negotiating solutions that align with stakeholder needs without compromising existing solutions.
- Strategic Modelling: Ideally, you will possess experience or understanding of tools like DataIKU, particularly in AI modeling and strategic data management.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Business Intelligence and Analytics.
- Strong background in data analytics, reporting, and visualization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
