About the Role:

We're seeking a passionate Change Deployment Partner to support in the roll-out of transformational change across the country. This role is central to the success of a major transformation programme, focusing on store readiness, engagement, and activation to ensure seamless change delivery.

You'll be working closely with store leaders and change champions, facilitating the change journey for employees. As part of a cross-functional deployment team, you'll be the trusted advisor who brings people along on the transformation journey, advocating for change while reinforcing the purpose and benefits.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Building strong stakeholder relationships and facilitating effective communications across store networks
  • Facilitating change workshops
  • Executing planned change interventions with a focus on communication and learning
  • Tracking business readiness, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies
  • Capturing lessons learned and driving continuous improvement for future deployments
 
About You:

We're looking for an experienced change practitioner who thrives in dynamic, people-focused environments. You'll be a great fit if you have:
  • Proven experience delivering organisational change involving people, processes, technology, and new ways of working
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to overcome resistance and build trust
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across multiple channels and audiences
  • Experience with change frameworks and methodologies
  • Natural storytelling ability - you know how to capture hearts and minds
  • Coaching and facilitation skills with the ability to empower and enable others
  • Cross-collaboration mindset with experience connecting different teams and functions
  • User-centric approach that values people over processes
  • Confidence navigating ambiguity while helping others do the same
  • Passion for involving stakeholders early in the change process
