About the Role:
As the Sustainability Reporting Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of ESG reporting strategies, ensuring alignment with financial planning, risk management, and compliance standards. You will work across teams to embed sustainability into our core operations and support corporate goals, including emissions reduction, regulatory readiness, and stakeholder transparency.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Leading ESG integration into financial reporting and planning processes.
- Developing and managing sustainability disclosures aligned with global frameworks (e.g., ISSB, CSRD, GRI, TCFD)
- Collaborating with Finance, Legal, Risk, and Operations to embed ESG into enterprise-wide decision-making
- Monitoring and responding to emerging ESG regulations and stakeholder expectations
- Development of KPIs with the executive team by providing thought leadership of ESG principles.
- Analysing performance data to track progress toward sustainability and emissions targets
- Advising senior management on ESG related financial risk and issues.
- Working with external auditors and consultants on sustainability outcomes.
About You:
As well as having degree qualified in Finance, Economics or Accounting, you will have:
- Strong understanding of ESG standards, sustainability reporting frameworks, and financial reporting principles.
- Proven experience in sustainability reporting, finance, or corporate responsibility roles.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and communication abilities.
- The ability to communicate complex technical ESG topics to all levels of the organisation.
- Strong written and presentation skills (ideally up to Board level).
