With multiple locations nationwide, they offer vibrant communities, quality accommodation, and exceptional services. This organisation is committed to enhancing guest wellbeing and creating a positive, purpose-driven workplace where people can thrive and make a real impact.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled HRIS Analyst to take the lead in managing and optimising HR and people-related systems across a dynamic, multi-site organisation. This newly created role offers the chance to make a real impact by enhancing digital platforms, improving data accuracy, and streamlining processes to elevate employee experience.
Working closely with People & Culture, IT, and external vendors, you’ll oversee a suite of systems—from HRIS and payroll to learning and performance platforms. You’ll be the go-to for troubleshooting, system upgrades, data insights, and driving best-practice solutions that support operational excellence.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s passionate about tech-enabled people solutions and thrives in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
About You
You’re an experienced systems analyts or P&C tech specialist with a strong background in HR systems, and ready to hit the ground running in a hands-on, high-impact role. You bring proven experience managing large-scale platforms such as TechnologyOne, Oracle, or SAP, and you’re confident navigating complex system environments.
Technically savvy, you have working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and SQL, and you’re comfortable troubleshooting issues, running reports, and enhancing system functionality. Bonus points if you’re familiar with payroll legislation, Holiday Act compliance, and the broader HR/payroll landscape.
You’re collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a passion for optimising systems and improving user experience. If you're ready to step into a critical role and make an immediate impact, we’d love to hear from you. Click ‘Apply Now’!
