They’re now looking to strengthen their Bay of Plenty presence by hiring a relationship-focused sales professional for the Tauranga region.
Please note, official title is Sales Representative.
About the Role:
This is a well-established territory with a warm portfolio of loyal customers in place. You’ll be joining a supportive national sales team and reporting to the National Sales Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing a large existing client base across the Tauranga region.
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Building long-term relationships with workshop managers, retailers, and service providers.
- Acting as a trusted advisor by educating customers on products, promotions, and performance benefits.
- Regular in-person customer visits and sales forecasting.
- Ensuring sales activities and CRM updates are completed consistently.
- Some travel required (approximately two nights per fortnight).
About You:
We’re looking for someone who brings strong commercial acumen and a genuine passion for customer relationships, with proven B2B sales/account management experience.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have a track record in territory sales, account management, or customer-facing field roles.
- Personable, and genuinely curious about customer needs.
- Bring energy and professionalism, with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Are comfortable working independently while staying closely connected to your team.
- Know how to structure your week and drive outcomes.
- Have a current full driver’s licence.
- Experience in automotive, industrial, or FMCG sales is a bonus!
