About the Role:
In this role, you'll lead and coach a high-performing HR team to deliver strategic support across diverse business areas. You’ll play a pivotal role in aligning workforce strategies with broader enterprise goals, ensuring that people initiatives directly support organisational success.
A key focus will be driving operational efficiency by systemising core HR activities to create consistency and streamline processes. You'll also oversee complex employee relations matters, applying policy with fairness and clarity to foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.
