About the Role:
As a Talent Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing a forward-thinking talent strategy that aligns with Chorus’ organisational goals. You’ll lead initiatives across attraction, retention, and development, driving equity and inclusion through diverse talent pipelines.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll help build a seamless and scalable talent function by aligning processes and embedding inclusive practices across the entire talent lifecycle. Your work will strengthen career pathways, support employee growth, and ensure Chorus is equipped with the skills and capabilities needed for the future.
