About the Role: 

As National Account Executive – Retail, you’ll support the National Account Manager to achieve financial, volume, and relationship targets with key retail customers.

-    Coordinate end-to-end ordering and replenishment with supply teams
-    Maximise service levels while optimising supply chain efficiency
-    Manage promotional calendars, deal sheets, invoices, and month-end accruals
-    Keep Territory Managers and Field Team updated with accurate promotional tools
-    Submit and confirm promotions through customer portals
-    Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure executional excellence in retail banners
-    Analyse sales data for opportunities and assist with category reviews


About You: 

Coming from a proven background in FMCG (ideally liquor) – possibly from a Territory role or other Account Exec role, you understand the retail landscape and the key players within it. 

This includes key customers, business stakeholders and liquor retail processes.
You will have knowledge of retail, supply chain, and promotional processes with a strong analytical ability to identify sales opportunities.

You have confidence using systems and tools (e.g., CRM, portals).

You’re passionate about the wine category, keen to disrupt the industry and be a part of something brand new.
