About the Role:
This role is based in either Auckland or Wellington.
You’ll be joining an established, high-performing Sales and Marketing team that’s customer-obsessed and commercially driven. As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead on Arvida’s digital sales presence and performance, shaping the long-term roadmap and delivering engaging, data-driven digital experiences that generate leads and drive conversion.
This is a role where smart use of data and reporting is essential. You’ll constantly track what’s working (and what’s not), identify opportunities, and drive improvements. You’ll also play a central role in managing Arvida’s external agency partner, ensuring smooth execution across SEO, SEM, digital media, and content delivery.
