About the Role: 

As we’re seeing a surge in opportunities in the recoveries/settlements and collections space, we are looking for candidates with experience in these areas. Our clients span across diverse industries and offer a varied range of products and services (particularly insurance and utilities) so we’d love to see if we have an opportunity in an area that interests you.


About You: 

We’re looking for candidates who have:
-    2+ years in a collections or recoveries roles
-    Experience in the insurance, utilities or telco sector would be advantageous
-    Excellent communication skills and strong ability to problem solve
-    Resilience, empathy, and patience
-    Clean criminal and credit history
