About the Company:

Our client is a well-known, multi-site business with national presence!


About the Role: 

This is a 6 month role, starting asap, based in North Shore.


•    Assist our client in updating and digitizing their brand guidelines.
•    Audit and evaluate existing brand guidelines to determine areas in need of updates.
•    Coordinate with an external design partner to transfer and populate content into digital platforms.
•    Collect and organize assets and data (e.g., images, reference materials, spreadsheet entries) from stakeholders.


About You: 

•    Experience in marketing or brand coordination
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
•    High attention to detail and an eye for brand consistency
•    Skilled in managing and organizing digital assets (PDF, image, design files)
•    Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a "can-do" attitude
•    Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
