In Demand contracting skills

My name is Janelle Wright, I am the contract consultant for delivery and transformation, which sits in our technology team. The most important skills or high-demand skills that I've seen recently within delivery and transformation have been ERP deliveries and transformations such as SAP or Dynamics 365. A lot of organizations are going from having data centres to migrating to the cloud, so any data migration expertise is helpful.

We’re in a tight market at the moment, and some of the key things that I’m seeing are organizations changing their ways of working—for example, moving from a centre of excellence or from waterfall to agile. With technology always evolving, being agile and evolving with it is a key skill set that contractors within technology will need going forward.
