When we were doing a lot of the course and talking through a lot of the examples that people were giving and that I was giving, I probably didn't realize until that moment that I had had so many direct or indirect experiences with mental health, especially in the workplace.

I guess share with us why the course. Yeah, yeah, it was basically there was a need. You know, we speak to a lot of clients about how they look after the health and safety for their companies, and everyone's got their safety sorted. But really when it comes to the health, and especially the mental health, everyone's struggling a little bit.

There were clients that had to deal with suicide within their workplace, you know, all sorts of things going on. I think one of the reasons that I was most compelled to go on the course was the fact that we have a huge amount of people who come into our office every day who are having conversations about their workplace and their work and their jobs. And that can be an incredibly stressful time.

Like you said, it's not our job - we're not trained in that space - but to ask a question that maybe somebody else hasn't asked, we're taking it very, very seriously and want to be a voice for great initiatives like this and other things that some of our partners are doing on this incredibly important topic so that the negative stats don't continue rising.
