A great event, thank you. I think the key thing to me was the importance of having tast conflict within a team and how ideas and relationships can create conflict - but that’s not always bad. It was great to get out and gain some insights into managing change.

I liked the point about clarity. I think it’s really important to be clear about the information being shared, and if not, to ask questions to clarify, making sure you’ve got that clarity.

The key take away from the afternoon for me was how things have changed. If we go back to the information we had when I was young, there was very little, and now there is so much more, creating overload. That affects how we manage information, and sometimes how we don’t manage it. That’s something I’ll take away and reflect on.

It was a fabulous event and group, thank you so much. One real takeaway for me was that we often talk about high-performance cultures and think we always have to be at peak performance. In fact, it’s a continuum of peaks and troughs, and human behaviour needs both the ups and the downs. We have to care for people throughout those ups and downs. Loved it.
