One of the key things that we've been working on with the Tribe crew has been resilience, and a key factor in resilience is energy and having sustainable amounts of energy in any day, week, month or year. We've been really looking at how you understand and create awareness around what builds your energy up, because we only have a certain number of energy credits in any given day, week, month or year.

And then of course what drains your energy and then helping to allow each individual to be aware of what that is for themselves so that when they come to work, they know that working with certain people or doing certain phone calls drives their energy up, but other times it can bring it down. Helping them to interlace those things so that they get to the end of their days full of energy, or at least with some energy left over to go and put it towards the things that they want to do outside of the workplace.

We also find that things at home can be very energy-giving and also energy-draining. But the key to sustainability and a thriving way of living is to really manage those energy credits in a way that allows you to get to the end of your time periods with sustained, fulfilled energy.
