Senior Project Manager

Apply
About the Opportunity
  • We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager (Digital / Agile) to take true end-to-end ownership of delivery across complex software development projects.
  • You’ll partner with Product Owners, customers, and cross-functional squads to deliver value, maintain delivery visibility, and keep teams moving with pace and discipline.
  • This is a hands-on Project Manager role (not an Agile Coach/Scrum Master position), suited to someone who enjoys variety, challenge, and accountable delivery.
  • Based in Auckland with a hybrid working model (minimum 2 days per week in the office).
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an end-to-end Project Manager delivering outcomes across full project lifecycles.
  • Minimum 2 years working in Agile delivery environments, with confidence facilitating ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros).
  • Agile certification is essential (e.g., Scrum Master / SAFe Agilist or similar).
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 / PMP or similar).
  • Proven delivery of digital software development projects (end-to-end) including planning, estimation, dependency management, and risk/issue management.
  • Strong delivery reporting/visibility and tooling experience (e.g., Jira / Azure DevOps).
What’s on Offer
  • Competitive salary (based on experience).
  • Fully subsidised medical insurance for employees + heavily discounted cover for immediate family.
  • Enhanced parental leave (salary top-ups plus return-to-work incentive).
  • Flexible work hours where practical, plus additional benefits including volunteer days, EAP, annual flu injections, and sick leave from day one.
  • A supportive, diverse, inclusive culture with strong professional development opportunities.
