About the Opportunity

  • Greet clients, manage meeting spaces, and support day-to-day office flow
  • Support the Office Manager and Partners with daily operations and administration
  • Manage reception duties including greeting clients and coordinating meetings

What You’ll Bring
  • Previous reception or corporate office support experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional presentation
  • Ability to remain calm, confident, and adaptable in a busy environment
  • Good judgement and emotional intelligence when dealing with clients
  • Reliable, confident, and proactive approach to work
