About the Opportunity
- This is a 6–8-week temporary role, based in Ellerslie
- Support the team across campaign coordination and category administration for the brand
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, catalogues, supplier communications and marketing collateral
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
- Assist with category administration by supporting product data accuracy, supplier communications, promotional offers and product launches
- Process supplier funding administration, coordinate supplier invoicing and assist with campaign reporting and tracking
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a coordination role
- Exposure to marketing, brand, or campaign coordination would be helpful
- Strong administrative skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
- An interest in beauty, retail or marketing, with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
