Our client provide specialist advice and support on complex projects, helping clients navigate challenges, improve outcomes and deliver long-term value. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with leaders and translating complex HR stuff into simple terms.
- Taking ownership of your portfolio and deliver strategic P&C priorities and initiatives.
- Increase leadership capability and support talent and succession conversations within the portfolio.
What You’ll Bring
You’ll come from a professional services background with a strong ability to build instant credibility. Understanding the difference between strong resilience and intensity is key – you lead will collaboration and partnership, not with a stick. Key things we’re looking for are:
- Proven senior level partnership experience that includes ER, organisational change and increasing leadership capability.
- Comfort to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting a large number of employees.
- A strong but collaborative personality that can guide and coach leaders who can be resistant to change.
