- Senior experience leading a PMO/SPO/portfolio function in complex environments.
- Proven ability to build cadence: decision forums, reporting rhythm, governance discipline.
- Strong portfolio governance: prioritisation, dependency management, delivery assurance.
- Change leadership beyond methodology—able to shift ways of working and delivery maturity.
- Executive-level stakeholder skills: influential, resilient, clear, and data-led (no jargon).
- Superior Leadership skills to lead a team a strategic Project managers, Business analysts and digital professionals
