Digital Growth & Optimisation Specialist Contract
ApplyAbout the Opportunity
• Join a purpose-led organisation for an 8–12 week contract focused on digital growth and optimisation.
• Use website, campaign and audience data to identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
• Optimise digital customer journeys, landing pages, content and overall website performance.
• Work closely with internal teams, developers, designers and agency partners to deliver digital improvements.
• Support emerging marketing initiatives across AI, SEO, GEO and AEO to improve online discoverability.
What You’ll Bring [Candidate Skillset]
• 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, CRO or digital optimisation.
• Strong experience using tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Microsoft Clarity or similar.
• A practical understanding of UX, conversion optimisation, experimentation and customer journey improvement.
• Experience managing website content through a CMS and working with developers or digital agencies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to turn data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
What’s on Offer
• A meaty, fast-paced contract where success is tangible: improved website performance, engagement, conversion and content effectiveness.
• Exposure to modern optimisation work including dashboards/reporting frameworks, experimentation, and emerging AI-driven discovery (GEO/AEO).
• Variety across web, content, social and campaign optimisation — with a clear focus on outcomes rather than “busy work”.
