Product Manager - eCommerce Experience

Apply
About the Opportunity
Mix & Match, part of the House of Travel Group, is built for customers who want to search, compare and book flights easily, with great-value deals and real support when it counts. It’s a business with big ambition in eCommerce and this exciting newly created role sits right at the heart of the next chapter.
•    This is a high-impact Product Manager role focused on making the end-to-end eCommerce journey smoother, faster and higher converting.
•    You’ll lead usability, conversion optimisation and customer flow performance across the Mix & Match website, CMS and booking engines (end-to-end).
•    You’ll run a structured test-and-learn / experimentation programme building the framework, shaping the roadmap, and ensuring learnings are captured and shared.
•    You’ll use funnel and behaviour insights to identify friction points, reduce abandonment, improve task completion, and lift booking funnel efficiency.
•    You’ll work closely with the Mix & Match CEO, internal IT/tech teams, and external development partners to turn priorities into shipped improvements.
•    You’ll partner with the Marketing Manager to ensure the on-site experience supports the wider eCommerce customer strategy (joined-up thinking, not siloed activity).
•    Small, capable team environment = high autonomy, high visibility, and real influence on what gets prioritised and delivered.

What You’ll Bring
•    Proven experience as a Product Manager in eCommerce / digital journeys, where conversion and customer behaviour matter (not just feature delivery).
•    Strong CRO mindset - you naturally think in funnels, drop-offs, friction points, experimentation, and “what will move the needle”.
•    Confidence working with UX and engineering to translate insights into clear priorities, testable hypotheses, and shipped improvements.
•    A data-led approach: comfortable with analytics, customer insights, and performance metrics to guide decisions and measure impact.
•    Ability to operate in a “rebuild/modernisation” environment - pragmatic, adaptable, and able to untangle legacy complexity without getting stuck in it.
•    Great stakeholder craft: you can align commercial, marketing, and tech around what matters most and keep momentum when priorities compete.

What’s on Offer
•    A genuinely meaty product challenge to help reshape and modernise the eCommerce platform, building a more scalable, high-performing and customer-friendly experience.
•    A business investing in modernising its eCommerce experience with lots of scope to shape how “test and learn” is embedded.
•    Work directly with senior stakeholders (including the CEO) with high visibility across the wider group.
•    A role that blends strategy and execution - you’ll be close to customers, data, UX and delivery.
•    Access discounted travel insurance, staff travel deals, and exclusive partner offers across the House of Travel group.
•    Enjoy an Employee Assistance Programme, annual flu jabs, financial wellbeing resources, health insurance discounts, and more.
