About the Opportunity

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to join a fast-paced marketing team, with a strong focus on paid social campaign execution. Working closely with the Campaign team, you’ll bring briefs to life across multiple digital platforms, creating fit-for-purpose tactical content, driving strong results and using data to measure performance and continuously optimise.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the execution side of marketing — someone who can confidently take a brief, create impactful digital assets and manage a high volume of paid social campaigns in a busy environment, whilst still achieving consistency with the other pieces of work around you. You’ll:
- Execute paid social campaigns across Meta, Instagram, YouTube and emerging channels
- Create digital content and assets including social posts, web tiles and other collateral using Canva
- Bring campaign briefs to life across product & price, educational/inspirational and paid brand content
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting insights
- Work across a high volume of campaigns, with multiple initiatives running each week
- Partner closely with the internal campaign and creative teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to brief
What You’ll Bring
- Around 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, paid social or campaign execution
- Confidence managing paid social platforms, particularly Meta Business Suite
- Strong Canva skills and a passion for creating engaging digital content
- Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities at once
- A proactive self-starter who can take a brief and bring it to life within pre-defined design tool kits
- Experience in retail, travel, ecommerce or another fast-moving consumer environment would be highly regarded
