Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the Opportunity 
•    Our client is one of the leading organisations in its field
•    We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional on a 6-week temp role, based in Auckland CBD
•    You'll play a key role in helping the team manage a high volume of vacancies across different portfolio 
•    Work closely with hiring managers and recruitment stakeholders
•    Conduct phone interviews and candidate assessments
•    Coordinate interviews and manage candidate progression throughout the hiring process
•    Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the ATS
•    Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience 
•    Manage multiple roles simultaneously while meeting agreed recruitment timelines
•    Support talent pipelining and proactive sourcing initiatives

What You’ll Bring 
•    We're looking for a someone with proven recruitment/talent acquisition experience who can hit the ground running, confidently manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
•    Strong candidate sourcing, screening and stakeholder management skills
•    Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a high-volume environment
•    Strong understanding of recruitment best practice and candidate experience
•    Experience with SuccessFactors or similar recruitment systems is advantageous
