People & Culture Coordinator

• 9-month role based in Mairangi Bay, Auckland
• Provide administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and general People & Culture initiatives
• Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the People & Culture team
• Support recruitment processes, including advertising roles, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing employment documentation
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems and documentation are kept up to date
• Support payroll administration by providing accurate employee information and documentation
• Assist with performance review processes, employee engagement initiatives, and organisational projects
• Coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling and record keeping
• Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and data analysis as required
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and internal procedures
What You’ll Bring
• Previous experience working in a People & Culture team environment or HR administration role
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders
• Experience using HRIS, payroll, or recruitment systems is advantageous
• Approachable, professional, and people-focused
• Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
• Proactive with a strong sense of ownership
• A proactive, can-do attitude
