This role will play a key part in helping to shape what comes next - building, improving and continuously evolving customer-focused digital experiences across Skyline’s global operations.
Help shape, evolve and deliver the global website and eCommerce roadmap, keeping multiple workstreams moving and aligned to business priorities.
Drive product discovery across Skyline’s digital ecosystem, identifying customer pain points, validating ideas and turning opportunities into prioritised website and eCommerce improvements.
Help deliver Skyline’s new eCommerce platform through testing, business readiness, launch and ongoing optimisation.
Manage and prioritise the backlog, making evidence-based decisions that balance customer value, commercial outcomes and delivery effort.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for Skyline’s digital agency, developers and technology partners.
Take a hands-on role across CMS workflows, functionality testing, release coordination and validation before go-live.
Continuously evolve the end-to-end customer journey beyond the initial platform launch, using customer insights, analytics, A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation to test, learn and improve performance.
Explore emerging digital trends, technologies and industry best practice, identifying opportunities to apply innovations, including AI, where they deliver genuine value for customers and the business.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years’ experience across product ownership, website management, eCommerce, digital platforms or a closely related digital role.
Experience managing and improving customer-facing websites, eCommerce platforms and end-to-end digital customer journeys.
Confidence managing roadmaps, product backlogs and multiple competing priorities within an iterative delivery environment.
Experience with product discovery, customer research and validating opportunities before progressing solutions into delivery.
A hands-on approach, with the ability to investigate issues, define requirements, test functionality and support successful releases.
Strong analytical skills, with experience using customer insights, digital analytics, A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation to make informed product decisions.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to collaborate with and challenge stakeholders, agencies and technical partners.
A naturally curious and forward-looking mindset, with an interest in emerging digital trends, technologies and practical applications of AI.
