The successful candidate will use their skills and experience in the fields of Business Excellence, Lean and Change Management to directly guide and support clients to achieve high performance and sustainable business growth. The role will involve evaluating client business operations, developing strategic improvement plans and supporting deployment initiatives.

 

 

About You:
 

  • Experience of working within a large, world class, Lean organisation
  • External Consulting experience is desirable,
  • Business Improvement specialist
  • Experience engaging at Senior Leadership Team level
  • Lean principles and tools deployment
  • Change Management experience
  • Lean Manufacturing implementation experience
  • Experience with some forms of process automation / Technology project
  • Project and change leadership experience
  • Degree qualified in a relevant technical subject

 

You will be a clear and confident communicator at all levels and you will have the ability to build rapport and strong relationships quickly within client businesses. You be happy working autonomously and be self-motived to get things completed. Good IT skills and able to quickly create reports, presentations, present data in an understandable format for all. Your business acumen will be second to none and a continuous improvement mindset will just be who you are.
